Project goal
To design and deliver a visually impactful promotional campaign for a global music festival. The objective was to create both digital and print assets, including a poster and on-site promotional placements (“signposting”), to drive awareness, engagement, and ticket conversions.
The brief required:
A hero campaign poster for both print and digital distribution
A signposting strategy across Samsung.com and affiliate platforms
A campaign landing page experience to support engagement and conversions
Overview & Purpose

Across digital channels like EE website
The Unbox Music campaign was a fast-paced, globally visible project aimed at promoting a music festival through Samsung’s digital ecosystem and partner channels.

On Billboards across the nation
The experience needed to balance strong visual appeal with clear communication, ensuring accessibility across both digital and physical formats.

Key Requirement
Designs suitable for both print and digital environments
Team Structure
UX Designer (myself)
Visual Designer (collaborative support)
My Contribution
I led the UX workstream, which included:
Defining signposting placements across Samsung.com and partner channels
Creating user journeys and wireframes to support campaign flows
Developing site maps to structure the promotional experience
Collaborating with a visual designer to refine and finalise the campaign poster
I also produced initial visual concepts based on wireframes, which were later developed into final assets for distribution.
The Challenge
The campaign needed to support multiple user scenarios:
Encouraging new customers to purchase devices (e.g. Tab S3) with the incentive of winning event tickets
Enabling existing customers to enter a prize draw.
Ensuring a seamless redemption journey, including purchase validation and ticket claims via Samsung Members or third-party platforms.
This required clear communication across multiple touchpoints—from online ads and landing pages to post-purchase engagement—while maintaining a cohesive campaign experience.
Tools: Axure, Adobe Photoshop
