Impellam is the parent group for around 20 recruitment brands and plan to continue to grow. Blue Arrow and Lorien are amongst the many brands needing upgrading. Altogether, the brands specialise in niche industries and they all have different KPIs, clientele and candidates profiles and GEO locations. The job Search projects is a global initiative to revamp the Impellam group websites to bring it up to date as well as implement know legacy issues left over from the previous Content Management System migration. Some of the issues included, outdated look and feel, functional problems, lack of integration with databases/CRMs and some brands did not have a registration nor account areas for candidates to register their profiles.
